End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Netmirror

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Sudhir Asalaliya, the owner of the NetMirror app (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the NetMirror app on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.


2. License Grant

Sudhir Asalaliya grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the NetMirror app on your iOS devices in accordance with this EULA.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You are not permitted to:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app

Distribute, resell, or allow third parties to use the app

Use the app in violation of any local or international law


3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights in the app remain with Sudhir Asalaliya.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.


4. Disclaimer & Use of the App

NetMirror is designed for entertainment discovery only. It does not host, stream, or provide access to any movies or TV shows.

The app provides information such as titles, descriptions, ratings, cast, and trends for reference purposes.

Sudhir Asalaliya is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or reliance on any content provided through the app.


5. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the app and continues until terminated.

You may terminate this agreement by deleting the app from your device.

The agreement will also terminate immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends.


6. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
